Prices
Prices provided at the time of booking are estimates only. The final price may vary depending on the coat condition of the dog, due to increased service time.

Matted Coats
At Hippy Dippy Doggy Dooz, we believe in humanity over vanity. Any moderate to severe matting will be shaved.
There may be additional charges for matted coats if extra service time is required. While great care is given when working close to the skin, unfortunately the process of removing matting increases the risk of nicks or cuts. We shall not be liable for any after grooming or de-matting clipping procedures nor any problems uncovered on badly matted coats involving but not limited to;
Skin issues such as hot spots, abrasions, bald spots, nicks, irritations, or fungal infections.

Fleas
We do not accept dogs with fleas. Any dog found with fleas will incur a surcharge of $20 for treatment of the trailer and equipment. This is required due to the time it takes to conduct this cleaning as well as cleaning products and flea bombing.

Photographs
Hippy Dippy Dogg Dooz reserves the right to take photos of your dog and work done for the purpose of client files, use on the business website, as well as social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

Payment
Our available payment options are;
Cash, Pay ID, and Bank Transfer. Due to the delayed processing time for Bank Transfer, payment must be made and cleared before service.

We do NOT offer Eftpos.

Cancellations
Cancellations require a 24 hour notification period. Failing to provide a notification or not in a timely manner may result in no further grooming/bathing services to be offered.
